Because most of our jewelry is thoughtfully made to order, please allow 20–25 business days for crafting, quality inspection, and preparation before shipment. We believe Star Atelier pieces are worth the wait, especially when they are created to be completely and beautifully yours.
In-stock items are typically ready to ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
We believe in total transparency, which is why all shipping fees, duties and taxes are complimentary for shipments to Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China and Singapore.
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that these fees do not include any tariffs, duties, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office. These additional charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping carriers
We offer worldwide shipping from Hong Kong via fully insured and trackable carriers. Hong Kong SAR and China shipments will ship via SF Express, rest of world shipments via DHL.
Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch:
Hong Kong SAR and China: 1–2 business days
International: 3–7 business days

Star Atelier is not responsible for any delays that may occur once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier and has entered the destination country's customs process.
All parcels are securely packaged and fully insured throughout their journey to you. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely. Should you notice any damage resulting from transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
Local Pickup
If you are in Hong Kong, we warmly invite you to pick up your order in person at our Central showroom.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to confirm a pickup date and time.
